Feedback

Angela has been amazing. her ability to create a safe space where I could be fully seen, heard and understood was incredible. Through her professional but warm approach, she helped me make sense of my jumbled feelings, re-installed some confidence and self-belief and offered practical tools that I still refer to when I need to re-centre myself or navigate overwhelm. She's brought me out of the fog and I am forever grateful   (H  2024)

The Counselling support that Angela provided was truly invaluable in my ongoing journey of recovery. Her compassionate approach, deep theoretical knowledge and practical solutions made a huge difference in helping me move forward. What I've learned from her will stay with me for the rest of my life. I can't thank Angela enough for her support

My Approach

I am an Integrative Therapist which means I can work with a variety of approaches to provide the right kind of therapy for you and your situation.

A Person Centred Approach offers a safe and confidential setting where people can talk, process and explore with a therapist so find a way through the things that trouble them

With this approach you will find a non judgemental environment, empathy, warmth and an unconditional positive regard as you talk through your challenges and emotions.

A Psychodynamic approach helps people understand and work through their problems and feelings, by exploring and understanding how their past experiences have contributed to the way they think, feel and navigate life today

A C.B.T. (Cognitive Behaviour Therapy) approach focuses on the current situation and offers practical ways of thinking differently and managing your behaviour and emotions

Together, we can find the right approach for you so that your therapy offers you help, healing and hope.
